Mandatory Skills : Accounts, Auditing and Reporting, Finance and Treasury, TDS,GST,Handling Direct and Indirect Tax
Experience from Manufacturing/Service Industry
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai - 400059
Education: CA is must (Exp should not include time spent in a CA firm.)
Candidate who can PnL, balance sheet cash flow,Create MIS,able to review bank reconciliation,TDS GST,Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
Salary 16 Lacs per annum

Job Responsibilities
Accounts, Auditing and Reporting (must have)
- Monitor all accounting transactions passed by the team
- Compute all financials including PnL, Balance Sheet and Cash flow
- Facilitate half yearly audits, statutory audits and internal audits with auditors and resolve queries
- Generate MIS report and evaluate financial performance in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain segment wise MIS reporting and analyse the same
- Prepare Director's report along with all the annexures
Finance and Treasury
- Identify and implement optimum ways of raising finances for the company (good to have)
- Review of bank reconciliation prepared by team (must have)
- Assist in annual planning and budgeting including long term plan (must have)
- Ensure Cash Card limit for banks is being renewed (must have)
- Accurate banking reporting for FFR and OCI to be done (must have)
Compliances
- Address queries of the team with respect to TDS, GST or any taxation matters (must have)
- Completely handle direct, indirect tax and ROC matters (must have)
- Ensure compliance report is updated and track change in laws (must have)
- Prepare board resolution, notice for AGM and coordinate with CS (must have)
Systems and Processes
- Introduce automations and suggest changes in ERP accordingly (must have)
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company and ensure implementation (good to have)
- Responsible for dividend payments, Demat of shares and due diligence certificates (good to have)
- Support MR in preparation of various agreement and customer related forms (Must have)
- Create an inspiring team environment by leading a team of 8-10 people in the finance vertical.

Knowledge/Skills
- Should have independently handled MIS reporting, Finalisation of accounts, Audit and Tax Compliances
- Result Oriented approach is expected keeping deadlines in mind
- Must be Self Driven and one who requires minimum supervision
- Should be excellent at stakeholder management (Auditor, Other Dept, Banks, Rating Agency, Consultants etc)
- Possess good knowledge of accounting standard /IND AS
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
