Job Title : Factory Manager ( ER10701-FTMGR )

Qualification : Engineering Based

Field Experience : Managerial Experience in the field of Process Equipment, Industrial Valves, Industrial Pumps, Chillers, Vacuum Pumps, Fabricated Equipment.

Working Location : Cuddalore 

Salary : Rs.45000/- plus variables. ( per month)

JOB DESCRIPTION:- 

 Preparation of PERT & CPM for each Equipment / Order / Project.  Ensuring Seamless Process flow as per the Ideal Plan  Plan, organize, direct and run optimum Monthly &day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations  Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.  Delegate tasks to factory staffs as necessary  Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.  Preparing production reports, budget allocation for profitable production, achieving target.  Proactive actions for production output, product quality and on-time shipping  Collect and analyze data to find places of Productivity Loss, Waste, Idleness of Materials.  Collaborating with quality control team to establish and execute quality control processes.  Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working condition  Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established standards.  Motivating factory workers & Staffs to continually achieve factory targets.  Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.  Monitoring& Updating Standard Operating Procedures for Process

Experience : 10 years
