Job Title: Malayalam Support Executive  ( Executive level - Female Only)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India


Job Description:

  • Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers.
  • Taking calls from customers and doing outbound calling.
  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Taking customer calls and solving queries.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice and Sales.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Proficiency in system knowledge, Excel, and Google Sheets.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Priority: High

Work Mode: Hybrid

Gadgets: Candidates should have their own Mobile and Laptop for use

Bracket: 1.5-2.0 LPA (Lakhs per Annum)

  • 3 months of training will be provided in person.
