Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, drive profitability,
and support strategic growth. Partnering with First Choice Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly reports compliant with IFRS and local regulations.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity, manage working capital, and oversee payment processing.
Cost Control: Analyze operational expenses, identify savings, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Must-Have:
CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent; Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
8+ years in finance management, with 3+ years in travel, hospitality, or tourism.
Expertise in financial modeling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and corporate tax regulations in Oman.
✔ Preferred:
GCC experience; familiarity with Omani tourism market trends.
Arabic language skills (advantageous).
