About the Role:
Join
a Big 4 firm as a Senior Audit Manager, specializing in forensic audits
for high-net-worth family businesses and global logistics/distribution
clients. Lead high-stakes audits while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT
& Corporate Tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage forensic audits for complex family businesses & logistics firms
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax (9%) & VAT regulations
✔ Lead fraud risk assessments and financial investigations
✔ Oversee IFRS audits for multinational logistics clients
✔ Advise on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & regulatory reporting
Who Should Apply?
✅ CA/CPA/ACCA with 10+ years in Big 4/mid-tier audit
✅ UAE VAT & Corporate Tax expertise (mandatory)
✅ Experience in:
Forensic accounting
Logistics/distribution sector audits
High-net-worth client advisory
✅ Arabic fluency (preferred but not mandatory)
