Candidate Preference:
- B.com grad with 14 years of experience with Payroll or B.com + ICWA(1st attempt) with 6-8 years of experience in Finance Payroll will be based out of Udaipur
- Mandatory Skills Payroll Management; SOX Compliance & Review of Ledgers; Statutory Compliance; Monitoring PF & Gratuity; Investment planning
- Employees from past experience in Tata Steel, Hindalco (Aditya Birla Group), Adani Group or similar industries will be preferred . No gap in employment is preferred
- Location Udaipur, Rajasthan, India
- Work From: Office
Educational criteria
- Must have a Minimum 60% and above in all academics
- No gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & Graduation or graduation & Post graduation)
- B.com graduate + ICWA(1st attempt)
Professional Experience
Payroll Management; SOX Compliance & Review of Ledgers; Statutory Compliance; Monitoring PF & Gratuity; Investment planning
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payroll Management including processing of all Executive and Non Executive, Retainers & Expats monthly Salary Payment & taking care of all necessary deduction and adhering to statutory compliance
2. Monitoring PF & Gratuity Trust operation including all operation and payment related to Employees PF Final Settlement/Loans/Transfer In & Out, Gratuity payment with due checking and adhering to Statutory compliance.
3. Statutory Compliance: To ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance pertaining to Salary payment to employees, Timely and accurately deposition of Monthly and Quarterly returns and issuance of Form 16 with zero error.
4. Preparation of Books of accounts: Preparation of yearly Balance sheet for PF & Gratuity trust and get it audited with nil observations.
5. SOX Compliance & Review of Ledgers: To ensure SOX Compliance for Salary process with no deviations. Review of Salary GL accounts and keeping the ageing of employee ledgers within 30 days.
6. Investment planning: Monitoring the Investment of the PF trust in a way to maximize returns and as per the Government prescribed norms.
7. Audit and compliance -Statutory and process audit with 0 observations and issues.
7. KYC & UAN number updation: Efforts made for updating the master data in HZL PF Portal and EPFO records.
8. Digitization opportunities-Medical automation, Payroll Dashboard, Enhancement of PF portal
Salary : Rs. 20- 30 Lacs per annum
