Job Description: Head Treasury & SAG | ID: 7081 | 6 - 10 yrs | Jharsuguda |Responsible for overall direction and execution of treasury activities including formulating and implementing strategies for optimum fund management and ensuring timely availability of funds at the best cost to the Company.

Maintaining cash surplus; Surplus funds; SAG finances; internal audit, stat audit & SOX audit

SAG

Overall responsibility of all SAG finances.
Ensuring Financial control & clean books of account.
Ensure for availability of all requirements & submission of reports within due dates for internal audit, stat audit & SOX audit
Time to time review and reconciliation of party ledgers to ensure proper cash outflow
Handing over TB with all adjustments within due dates
Ensuring preparation of monthly MIS with in-depth analysis

Formulates and implements strategies for optimum fund management

Develops and implements strategic initiatives for raising and managing funds
Raises and manages long and short-term funds for capital expenditures
Gets ratings from respectable credit rating agencies in respect of various financial instruments

Ensures timely availability of funds at best cost

Maintains custody and is accountable for all cash, securities and financial assets of the Company
Reviews and manages the daily cash position, plans for maintenance of adequate funds through cash and other financial forecasts to meet outstanding and planned commitments
Provides for the arrangement and administration of lines of credit and working and depository accounts in appropriate banks

Team building, people development and succession plan

Development of skill matrix and identification of gaps.
Plan and impart training as per skill gaps.
KRA development of each position and employee and monitoring of each persons KRA

Functional Skills

Ability to manage the finance functions of Manufacturing unit.
Ability to prioritize work load, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Communication and interpersonal skills and fast decision making.
Leadership qualities to work under stress and adverse conditions.
Ready to be hands-on on all assignments.

Functional Area: Accounting/Taxing/Auditing

Functional Role: Cost Accountant/ICWA

Candidate Requirement

ICWAI Qualified
Should reliably commute or relocate to Jharsuguda - 768201, Odisha
Willing to Join within 30 days once selected
CAI/ ICWAI (1st Attempt qualified) with 6-10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry in the Finance function Hands on experience in Maintaining cash surplus; Surplus funds; SAG finances; internal audit, stat audit & SOX audit Preferably past experience with Large Mining and Metal Companies; Tata, JSW, Adani, Reliance, Hindalco etc
(ICAI/ ICWAI) ( manufacturing industry) experience.

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Qualification: Professional in Company with Company Secretary - CS, Professional in Commerce with C.A., Professional in Commerce with ICWAI

Compensation Details

Salary: 20.00 Lakh to 30.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
