Job title : Asst. Manager/Manager ( Contracts)

Salary : Rs. 10-12 lacs per annum
Responsibilities & duties
1. Study RFP, RFQ, Contract Agreement and prepare Contract Analysis Note for BD;
2. Study executed Contract Agreement and prepare contract appreciation document (CAD).
3. Coordination with Project team for Edit with respect to contractual issues.
4. Drafting of letters for client and subcontractor submission.
5. Preparation and maintaining document register and Document control.
6. Prepare and maintain centralized data base of all contractual issues project wise
7.Follow up with project teams with respect to submission of letters/notices
8.Prepare status report of each project with respect to contractual issues for internal review
9. Preparation of Agreements, MOUs, Service Orders/subcontracts
10.Close coordination with operations team so as to map scope/obligations under contract and actual execution/compliance.
11. Preparation of summary notes on disputes/potential dispute with client/contractor.
Skills required :
1. Should have on site experience;
2. Should have knowledge of various types of Construction Contracts;
3. Should have knowledge of drafting contractual correspondences;
4. Should be able to interpret Contractual Clauses;
5. Should have hands on experience in preparation and analysis of EoTs case, delay analysis;
Academic & trades qualifications
1. B.E./Diploma (any engineering)
2. Preferable PGD in construction management/contract management.
3. Work experience of having worked for Contracts, 3-6 years for Asst. Manager and in case of Manager 6-9 years.[AK1]
Mandatory Educational Requirement :
