Job Role Title : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Experience : 3-8 Years
Salary : Rs. 18 - 20 Lacs

Mandatory Educational Requirement : CA / MBA Finance
    

  • Financial Modelling for evaluating deals / projects. Assist the senior management team to take a informed call on the projects.
  • Compiling  PPTs, for IC, Monthly review meetings etc. 
  • Industry and Company research - detailed diligence on the company.
  • Researching companies, particularly in terms of their financial functioning
  • Analysing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information
  • Interpreting complicated financial information
  • Writing financial research summaries
  • Making informed recommendations
  • Understanding the market positioning of the business
  • Legal Documentation (Term Sheet, Agreements, etc) - involves working on detailed terms of the agreement 
  • Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value
