Job Title: Partner Support Executive / Relationship Manager ( Executive level - Female Only)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
 

Job Description:

  •     Manage key accounts of kitchen partners, from on boarding to daily relationships.
  •     Handle queries and act as sales growth consultants and advisors for partners.
  •     Experience in customer handling and basic grievance handling.
  •     Basic knowledge of cooking and a passion to learn and explore.
  •     Proficiency in Tamil and English.
  •     Ability to speak the regional language; native speakers will be given preference.


Qualifications:

  •     Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  •     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •     BPO industry experience is preferred.
  •     Knowledge of systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.



Preferred Qualifications:

  •     Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  •     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •     Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Gadgets: Candidates should have their own Mobile and Laptop for use

Bracket: 2.5-3.5 LPA (Lakhs per Annum)

  • 3 months of training will be provided in person.
