About the Role
Lead
the Accounts Receivable (AR) function for a fast-growing logistics
company in Jeddah, ensuring timely collections, cash flow optimization,
and client financial management in a high-volume transportation
environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ AR Management:
Oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliation for 500+ clients
Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) through proactive follow-ups
Manage dispute resolution with shippers and freight partners
✔ Process Improvement:
Implement digital AR automation (ERP/TMS integration)
Optimize payment terms and credit risk policies
Ensure Zakat/VAT compliance on receivables
✔ Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
Track customer payment trends and aging reports
Support month-end closing and audits
Ideal Candidate
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
5+ years in AR, with 2+ years in logistics/transportation
Knowledge of KSA VAT and GAAP/IFRS
✅ Skills:
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Strong negotiation and client communication
