Key Responsibilities
Fixed Assets Management
Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets register with complete accuracy
Calculate and record monthly depreciation for all asset classes
Process asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals
Conduct physical asset verifications and resolve discrepancies
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare fixed assets schedules for financial statements
Ensure compliance with IFRS and SOCPA capitalization policies
Support internal/external audits with asset documentation
Maintain compliance with Saudi tax and Zakat regulations
Process Improvement
Implement barcode/RFID tracking systems (where applicable)
Streamline asset capitalization and retirement processes
Assist with ERP system enhancements for fixed assets module
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
Experience: 3+ years in fixed assets accounting
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
Experience with fixed assets modules in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of IFRS 16 and SOCPA standards
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) in progress
Experience with asset tracking software
Arabic language proficiency
