Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with financial services leadership to execute talent strategies
Develop FINRA/SEC-compliant HR policies for regional operations
Analyze workforce analytics to predict financial sector talent trends
Lead succession planning for critical finance roles

Operational Excellence
Manage end-to-end talent lifecycle for finance professionals
Resolve complex employee relations matters in regulated environment
Oversee performance management systems for financial teams
Implement sector-specific L&D programs
Compliance & Governance
Ensure 100% compliance with UAE labor laws and financial regulations
Conduct HR audits for financial service clients
Maintain SEC/FINRA-ready documentation

Qualifications We Seek
Must-Have Credentials
Education: MBA in HR or related field (SPHR/CIPD preferred)
Experience: 8+ years HRBP experience in banking/financial services
Technical Skills:
HRIS systems (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors)
Workforce analytics tools
Financial compliance frameworks
Preferred Assets
Experience with Middle East financial regulators (DFSA/ADGM)
Arabic language proficiency
Consulting background
