Job Description
As
a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a key player in financial
planning, data analysis, and business intelligence. Your insights will
drive critical decision-making, cost optimization, and financial
strategy for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop financial models for business scenarios, investments, and profitability analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance (UAE VAT, Corporate Tax).
Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills:
Technical: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros), Power BI/Tableau, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Analytical: Strong data interpretation, financial modeling, and KPI tracking.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or audit (consulting experience a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UAE/GCC financial regulations.
Background in Big 4 or multinational firms.
