capital frameworks that power the GCC's deal-making engines.
Your Value Creation Mandate
✔ Structure carried interest plans that align GP/LP interests
✔ Build partner succession pipelines for $1B+ funds
✔ Design talent war rooms for portfolio company transformations
✔ Navigate FCA/DFSA remuneration compliance for investment teams
Core Responsibilities
- Carried Interest & Incentive Architecture
- Develop waterfall models for GP compensation across fund cycles
- Structure vesting schedules for multi-fund franchises
- Implement co-investment frameworks for investment professionals
- Design portfolio company equity participation programs
- Partner-Level Talent Strategy
- Lead rainmaker recruitment for senior deal teams
- Build next-gen partner development programs
- Manage delicate founder transitions in VC portfolios
- Create cross-fund talent mobility solutions
- PE-Specific HR Operations
- Oversee DFSA-compliant compensation reporting
- Develop portfolio company HR playbooks
- Implement deal team performance metrics
- Manage expatriate deployment for regional investments
The Profile We Seek
- Non-Negotiable Qualifications
- 15+ years HR leadership in:
- Top-tier PE firms (Mega/Large-cap)
- VC platforms with $500M+ AUM
- Alternative investment consulting
- Expert-level knowledge of:
- Carried interest taxation (GCC/Offshore)
- Fund partnership agreements
- ILPA guidelines
- Ideal Candidate DNA
- CFA/CAIA certification (strong plus)
- Experience with Islamic investment structures
- Arabic language proficiency
