We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive growth for our client, a leader in food distribution and logistics. Lead a high-energy team, optimize sales strategies, and expand market reach in Chennai’s thriving food sector!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a sales team to smash monthly/quarterly targets in food logistics.
✔ Market Expansion: Identify new clients (distributors, retailers, F&B businesses) and nurture relationships.
✔ Multilingual Negotiation: Engage clients fluently in English + Tamil/Telugu (other regional languages a plus).
✔ Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, spot trends, and refine strategies using Excel/Google Sheets.
✔ Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with logistics and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics (preferred).
✅ 3+ years in sales, including 1+ year leading a team (food/FMCG/logistics background ideal).
✅ Fluency in English + Tamil/Telugu (Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam beneficial).
✅ Proven skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
