Mandatory Educational Requirement : MBA

1. Detailed product knowledge & retail policies
2. Managing channel partners
3. Strong networking skills
4. Willing to travel extensively
5. Knowledge of Retail operations& logistics economy
6. Selling skills


Job Objective
Achieving the Planned Sales Volume and other targets of MS, HSD, Lubes & NFR for the Territory. Supervising Development of the Retail network of Essar ROs by identifying suitable land & franchisees. Inspect retail outlets regularly on maintenance, compliance & adherence to safety, regulatory & company norms


A candidate ready to do
  • Promotional activities at respective RO's
  • Take corrective actions on gaps observed during CRA
  • Resolve franchisee issues
  • Selection of the right site and franchisee for new LOAs and Commissioning.
